- Remember the above prices for low
season are discountable. Prices shown are for 1-2 nights. For 3-4 nights there
will be a 5% discount and for 5 and more nights there will be a 10% discount.
So, a double or twin for example, will discount from £65 to £58.50, or less
than £30 per person!
- Prices shown are per night for
the room not per person. To work out per person divide price by the
number of occupants.
-Freshly cooked English and
Continental breakfast (buffet type eat as much as you like!), VAT sales tax at
17.5% and Service Charges at 10% are included in the above prices.

Usage of telephone for outgoing
calls is, needless to say chargeable and our phone charges are very
reasonable! Incoming calls are 100% free.
- Some countries may not see the
British Pound Sign on their screen. Please note the above prices are in GBP
(Great British Pounds) / British Sterling.
- "High Season" prices apply to
arrivals on or between 1st March to 31 October 2008
- "Low Winter Season" prices apply
to arrivals between 1 Dec to 28/29 February
- En-suite rooms have an en-suite
separate room containing toilet, shower and basin.
- Selected budget rooms, "Semi
en-suite" have shower & basin in the room but their own private toilet is
outside the room on the landing downstairs. Just like en-suite rooms, these
toilets will be cleaned and serviced daily. Please note these toilets are
NOT public or common toilets; they are locked and only your room
key can open them. Some guests prefer these rooms for the sake of hygiene and
distance of the toilet to their room!
- A twin room has two separate fuss
size single beds,90cm (3') wide. These beds can be put together to form a king
size bed; please ask at time of reservation if you require this.
- A double room has one double
sized bed normally 4' 6" or 140cm bed. All twin rooms are en-suite.
- A Family Room is one large room
containing a king size double bed (150cm wide) and two separate single beds
(90cm each) - not bunk beds like other hotels so there rooms are suitable for
both children and/or 4 adults.
- Family Suites are two independent
rooms joint by a small corridor / hallway with a lockable door to common
areas. Each room is also independently lockable. One of the rooms is a double
and the other is a twin. Both rooms have own shower and at least one is fully
en-suite including own toilet. These suites are suitable for families with
older children to offer parents privacy and independency in their own double
room.
- We do not charge a premium for
one night reservations but please note confirmation is at management's
discretion.
- Single occupancy double rooms are
recommended to those wishing a larger room and larger bed. They are generally
more suitable to longer stays.
- All reservations are subject to one
night non-refundable deposit. Please do tell us as soon as you know your travel
plans could be changing.
- For legal reasons and to ensure no
misunderstanding arises out of mistranslations, this page is presented in
English only. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Once we receive your request for a
reservation we will calculate the cost of your stay taking into account all
special offers and email you with a price and confirmation.
- Please note checkout is 10:30 a.m.
and check-in is at 1.00 p.m. You may leave your luggage with us from 9:30 a.m.
by prior arrangement.
- All reservations are subject to one
night non-refundable notice and 24 hours notice for cancellation.
