London Budget Hotel Rooms Falcon budget hotel in central London is an independent budget discount rate hotel established some 60 years ago - (see our history!) The hotel is set in a building converted to a hotel from a private Edwardian building of 110 years old (now listed as a preserved building by English Heritage for historic importance) but refurbished throughout the years; last bathrooms refurbished: 2009, last hotel redecorated 2009.

The bed & breakfast rooms are very clean and comfortable for a London bed and breakfast hotel. There is a wide selection of rooms to suit all budgets from budget rooms to stylish rooms. Single, double and twin rooms with private shower and toilet facilities, or semi-en-suite rooms are available at this central London hotel. Our open air roof terrace pictured above is complete with table and chairs and TV. Being open air, smoking is permitted on the terrace. Smoking is now forbidden in the rest of the building.
April 2011: We have earned our Top Value badge from Trip Advisor. This is defined as "a great deal for the price as judged by millions of travellers". Thank you trip-advisor even though a million in our case can be a bit of exaggeration! We think this is probably computer generated once a certain level of recommendation is achieved - in our case 80% of approx 180 guests recommended us and 75% rated us very good or excellent
June 2011: We have just been approved by Visit London (prev. Tourist Board) !
July 2011: our Trip Advisor rating is now 4 out of 5! Below is the proof from Tripadvisor itself but please take advantage of our direct booking prices before applying through agents!
Feb 2012: Redecorating the entire building with fresh paint complete!
Mar 2012: Our Food Hygiene Inspection complete (by the Food Standard Agency). We have been awarded a rating of 4 out of 5 (click on image on right to see signed certificate).
June 2012: We maintained our rating with Tripadvisor and were issued new certificate of excellence. They asked us to hang our certificate somewhere everyone can see. So we scanned it together with their congratulation letter- click on images below to view
March 2013: We are installing wood flooring to all bedrooms not only for the modern look but easy to clean and hygienic for our customers!
