From 1st July 2024 the business and properties of Falcon Hotel, including its trade name "Falcon Hotel" and this website, will be transferred as a going concern to a new company Falcon Hotel London Ltd (UK Companies House Registration 15786480), hereafter referred to as "FHLL" .

FHLL will take on all trades and obligations of Falcon Hotel, including existing reservations, from 1st July 2024.

The sole shareholders and directors of FHLL will be exactly same as current partners of Falcon Hotel so all our operations will be unaffected. This means all existing reservations and contracts will be automatically transferred to FHLL. 

If you make a reservation on or after 1st July 2024, your reservation will be with Falcon Hotel London Ltd.

If you already have a reservation made directly with us for arrival on or post 1st July 2024 ,under GDPR (Global Data Protection) regulations, we are obligated to notify you that your data will be transferred onto our Newco. You have the right to object to that transfer in which case we will cancel your reservation and delete all your data from our systems immediately and permanently. Please note our standard cancellation policy will apply so we ask you notify us your objection 72 hours prior to arrival by email to Please insert your name followed by "GDPR objection" in the title/subject line of your email.

For goods and service suppliers there will be no change as FHHL undertakes responsibility for all existing contracts and their terms, conditions and obligations which the trade name Falcon Hotel currently had with you. You might need to add Falcon Hotel London Ltd to our account and contract name.

If you have a reservation made via one of our Online Travel Agents Expedia and, please note your data is held by those agents and not passed onto us. In this case the change to company does not affect you and you do not need to do anything. The above procedure and right to cancel applies only to direct reservations.

If you have arranged to make a payment by bank transfer please note, due to Money Laundering regulations, our new bank only accepts funds received from the following countries:
